Boat trip is an activity in BooKS project to provide high school students a chance to explore the water quality of Ohio river region. High school students take the boat to a water sampling position either on Ohio river or Muskingum river. By using instruments provided by BooKS project, students do hands-on experiments to test water quality including PH, temperature, conductivity, total dissolved solids, phosphate, nitrate, nitrite, etc.
